The hotel prices for the conference hotel in particular might seem higher than they actually are. We explain the reasons and what price you can actually expect in the venue section.

conference communication app

We are using a conference communication tool for all attendees during the UFO conference, where you will receive important information about the program and announcements about activities or changes. You can also use to get in contact with other attendees, and exchange information about science, travel in Argentina, or simply where to go for dinner. Once you have registered, you will receive an invitation link. Using this link, we ask you to sign up with the username firstname.

New submission deadline: October 17th 2022

Together with the program chairs, we have decided to shift the submission deadline to accommodate for more of your ultrafast research! Mark your calendars and submit your work before October 17th 2022. Link under the submissions tab.

Submit your outstanding ultrafast research paper to the UFO until September 20th. The submission link and instructions and templates can be found in the submit section. We look forward to many contributions.
